The New Home of Christian Family Church!

Enlarge your house; build an addition... and spare no expense! For you will soon be bursting at the seams. Isaiah 54:2-3

Another translation says "Think Big" and that's what we have done here at Christian Family Church as we built His house. In the summer of 2010, we moved into our new 8500 sq ft, 250 seat, free standing building on one of the busiest and most visible intersections in Sarasota.

That was an incredible Step of Faith! And it showed results rights away, within a few months we doubled our membership. Our services continue to grow with guests and those that we have touched through our community relations.

This is your church! Where you and your family can worship, learn and socialize in a contemporary setting. There is so much to partake in, with an internationally accredited Bible School, vibrant junior church, college age & youth programs and a trendy coffee bar with a stage for live performances.

This building gives us the ability to reach our city. Sarasota, as gorgeous as it is, definitely has its needs. Among others there is a lack of activities, especially for our youth, which has caused Sarasota to be the leading county in Florida for prescription drug abuse. Christian Family Church has the answer!

Our mission at Christian Family Church is "living a life greater than our own" and this building enables us to accomplish what God has called us all to do, which is reach the lost for Him.

The 2nd part of Isaiah 54 tells us to "spare no expense" in anticipation of the growth that is coming and which we are already beginning to see. The Initial renovation cost of the church building was $347,000. Of That Figure $215 000 has already been paid down or accounted for as part of the lease / purchase agreement - leaving only $129 000 to pay off the construction and furnishings before we can move to phase two. This $129 000 is being paid off by our faithful members and people like you. So we ask you to join us, as we step out in faith, and live a life greater than your own. This building is dedicated to being an epicenter of life and hope in the area.  The future can often be uncertain and could include tough times.
